About our vouchers

Have a loved one who’s into hillwalking, climbing or mountaineering? – why not give them a voucher towards one of our courses.

We offer two types of gift voucher;

1. A gift course / experience where you decide what course you’d like to give and then we send you a voucher for this specific course.
2. A gift voucher for an amount that can be put towards any course.

All our vouchers last for three years from the date of issue so there’s plenty of time for the recipient to use the voucher.

Claiming the voucher is simple. Each voucher will be issued with one of our booking codes. The code is then quoted when making a booking and our staff will take that off the price of the course or experience.

Terms.

• Courses can only be booked subject to availability, if we’re already fully booked we won’t be able to use the voucher for that specific date.
• Vouchers are redeemable for three years from the time of issue. If the voucher isn’t redeemed after three years then it is no longer redeemable.
• Vouchers can only be refunded to the original purchaser not to the recipient and can only be refunded for the first 14 days after being issued.
• In the event the voucher is lost the original purchaser can contact us. They can then be re-issued the voucher provided it hasn’t already been claimed. It must be the original purchaser that contacts us not the receiver.
• Partial vouchers can be used against deposits and full payments for courses. If a voucher has been used in this way the full payment must still be made four weeks prior to the course as per our booking terms.
• If a booking is cancelled within four weeks any voucher or partial vouchers associated with that booking will not be returned or refunded.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
